The Fairy (La fée, 2011) — watch online on iFILM. A Belgian-French comedy from the director trio Dominique Abel, Fiona Gordon and Bruno Romy. Dom works nights at a small hotel on the industrial waterfront of Le Havre. One morning a woman arrives with no bags and no shoes and introduces herself as a fairy. She'll give him three wishes.

She makes good on two of them. Then she vanishes. Dom is in love and spends the rest of the film looking for her across the city. Abel and Gordon also play the two leads — their style is rooted in physical comedy and Jacques Tati, where the gags come from body language and timing rather than from what anyone says.
