Synopsis
The Prey (La Proie, 2011) is a French crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Eric Valette. It's a chase film — except the man running is not obviously the villain.
Frank Adrian (Albert Dupontel) is serving time for armed robbery when a quiet, unremarkable cellmate moves in beside him. Frank stands up for the man when other inmates push back. The man walks free first — and Frank pieces together that his new ally is a serial killer planning to frame him for a string of murders. Breaking out becomes the only option. Now Frank has both the police, led by Detective Carvalho (Alice Taglioni), and the killer himself on his trail.
