Synopsis
The Night Owl (올빼미, 2022) is a Korean historical thriller you can watch online on iFILM. In 1645 Joseon, a blind acupuncturist named Gyeong-su earns a coveted post at the royal palace — and hides one secret. After dark, his sight comes back.
That gift turns into a curse the night he watches the crown prince die. Sohyeon has just returned from captivity under the Qing, and his death is no accident. But who trusts a witness who is blind by day? Gyeong-su is left to outwit the palace's conspirators and King Injo, whose fear curdles into paranoia. Ryu Jun-yeol plays a man who sees the truth and cannot prove it; Yoo Hae-jin is the unraveling king.
