On the anniversary of the Bhopal disaster, a fake Dow Chemical "spokesman" goes on BBC and promises to finally compensate the victims — and the company's stock craters within minutes. Then comes a phony oil firm that "recycles" disaster victims into fuel, and a counterfeit newspaper announcing a better world already arrived. Every stunt drives at one idea: a market left to police itself treats people as disposable.

Bichlbaum and Bonanno shot the film themselves and play the fools in it, which gives it that signature blend of acid satire and genuine civic fury.
