Synopsis
Golden Men (Gli uomini d'oro, 2019) is an Italian crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Turin, 1996. Postal worker Luigi has spent three decades driving the same armored truck and has one thing left to look forward to: early retirement. Then a pension reform pulls that rug out.
So Luigi talks his coworkers into robbing the truck they know better than anyone — every route, every blind corner, every handoff. What could go wrong? Quite a lot, as it turns out, once actual criminals show up and the amateur heist stops being quite so amateur. Director Vincenzo Alfieri keeps the film rooted in the characters' bruised logic — these aren't hardened thieves, just men who felt cheated.
