Synopsis
The Body (Il corpo, 2024) is an Italian mystery thriller you can watch online on iFILM. A night watchman bolts from the morgue in terror and is struck dead by a passing car. The slab where a recently dead woman lay is now empty.
An inspector (Giuseppe Battiston) arrives to make sense of the missing corpse of wealthy Rebecca Zuin and quickly leans on her younger widower. A single night of questioning becomes a duel: the cop presses, the suspect squirms, and the dark morgue seems to watch them both. Claudia Gerini plays the dead woman whose shadow lets go of neither her husband nor the viewer.
