Synopsis
How to Murder Your Wife (1965) is an American comedy directed by Richard Quine that you can watch online on iFILM. Jack Lemmon stars as Stanley Ford — cartoonist, confirmed bachelor, and a man who has organized every hour of his life to avoid exactly this kind of trouble.
One morning after a rowdy stag party he wakes up married to a stunning Italian woman who doesn't speak a word of English. Virna Lisi plays the wife, radiant and completely unmoved by Stanley's bachelor routines. His long-suffering valet Charles — played by Terry-Thomas with maximum alarm — watches the household collapse in real time. Stanley's solution: act out his next comic strip plot, in which the hero kills his wife, and publish it. The police take a closer look.
