Thirty-five years on, the people who were there — cartel defectors, veteran DEA agents, and Camarena's widow Geneva — finally say what they know.

Director Tiller Russell structures the series like a crime investigation: testimony builds on testimony, names are named, and questions about institutional complicity on both sides of the border grow harder to dismiss. Former DEA supervisor Hector Berrellez, who reopened the case, delivers the account that blew the official story apart.
