Synopsis
I Will Live (2022) is a Russian drama with dark comic undertones — watch it online on iFILM. Director Eduard Bordukov. Alla (Yevgenia Dmitriyeva) has spent two decades cooking, paying bills and listening to her two ex-husbands and grown children. None of them think to ask how she is doing.
She nearly chokes at dinner. Nobody looks up. That is the moment she decides to tell them she has a terminal illness. Vladimir Simonov, Sergei Lanbamin and Anna Starshenbaum play the family members who shift from tears to quietly calculating the inheritance. The situation escalates from there.
