Jumping from High Places (Per lanciarsi dalle stelle, 2022) is an Italian romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Mia has severe anxiety. She maps exits before entering a room and avoids anything she can't predict. Then her best friend dies and leaves behind a wish list — everything Mia has spent years refusing to do.

Director Andrea Jublin doesn't use the anxiety as a quirk or a punchline. It's the actual center of the film, which is what makes the comedy work: the funny moments land because the fear is real. Federica Torchetti plays Mia with the right kind of awkward honesty, and the romance that develops with Cristiano Caccamo doesn't rush. An Italian coastal summer, a dead friend's final gift, and a woman slowly deciding she's willing to risk something. Light but not weightless.
