Angry Neighbors

Then his ultra-wealthy new neighbor breaks ground on a sprawling mega-mansion right next door.

Harry doesn't file a noise complaint. He plots. The revenge scheme he hatches is elaborate, self-important, and goes sideways in ways that keep escalating. Bobby Cannavale plays the oblivious neighbor; Stockard Channing and Cheech Marin round out a cast that brings more energy than the script demands of them.
