Murder City

Fresh out of jail, Neil wants nothing but a clean start. Instead, he surfaces to find his estranged father buried under a crushing debt. The only way out is a deal with a ruthless female cartel boss — run her dirty work or watch his family pay for it. He takes the deal. The city makes sure he regrets it.
