The Rules of Art

The Rules of Art (Les Règles de l'art, 2025) is a French crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Jonathan appraises high-end watches and runs his days on a tight, colorless schedule — until Eric walks in. Eric is a smooth talker who moves stolen goods for a living.

The deeper Jonathan slips into that world, the less his old caution holds. A master thief named Joe rounds out the crew, and the three aim for something reckless. The plot draws on a real 2010 case: five canvases by Picasso, Matisse and Modigliani lifted from the Musée d'Art Moderne in Paris. Sofian Zermani and Melvil Poupaud lead the cast, with Dominique Baumard directing.
