Synopsis
The Bad Shepherd (2024) is a crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Deep in the backcountry, a group of friends out for a quiet trip run their car straight into a woman none of them recognizes. She doesn't survive.
Then they find the duffle bag beside her, stuffed with cash. Reporting the accident would mean walking away empty-handed, so they make the worse call: bury the body, keep the money, tell no one. That single choice metastasizes. One cover-up demands the next, the friends turn on each other, and the bag's real owner comes hunting for what's his — a man who already seems to know far too much about every one of them.
Director Geo Santini, who also appears on screen, keeps the whole thing tight and contained, a slow squeeze of paranoia and bad decisions. Rated R, it doesn't soften the violence.
