Militiaman from Rublyovka (2021) is a Russian crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. The year is 1994, and fresh police-academy graduate Volodya Yakovlev draws the country's flashiest posting: Rublyovka, where the new money lives.

Regulations pair every detective with an investigator, so Yakovlev ends up working alongside Gudkova — odd, a little off, but sharp where it counts. Their caseload is pure mid-nineties chaos: a gang shooting bootleg "sequels" to cult action movies, a stolen suitcase stuffed with MMM pyramid-scheme shares. Yakovlev's brother, who always aimed higher than the regular force, lends a hand on the side.

The show comes from Ilya Kulikov, the writer behind the whole Rublyovka comedy universe and its taste for deadpan absurdity. Artyom Suchkov and Olga Vinichenko head the cast.
