Synopsis

Jiang Hu's family spent decades building Tengyue — a traditional shoe brand known for handcrafted canvas footwear. One hostile takeover later, the factory land is gone, her father dies from the shock, and creditors line up before anything else can be arranged. Then Xu Si arrives — an investor freshly back from Hong Kong with a restructuring plan that has nothing to do with preserving the brand's heritage. Two opposing visions of what Tengyue should become, and neither side willing to give ground.
