Bloody Murray (2022) is an Israeli comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Yogev Yefet. Mori teaches film theory at a university. Dana is a gynecologist. They share an apartment, mismatched schedules, and a friendship that has outlasted every relationship either of them has attempted.

The trouble starts when Mori clips the windshield of a man named Lior and drives off. Lior comes by the apartment to retrieve something he left behind, runs into Dana instead, and promptly falls for her without ever connecting Mori to the accident. Mori watches this happen and starts running the numbers: the man he wronged is now dating his best friend, and sooner or later that math is going to come due.
