Synopsis
Pansion (2022) is a Russian mystery-horror series you can watch online on iFILM, set in a remote girls' boarding school in the early 1900s.
Polina enrolls under a false name with one purpose: her sister vanished on this island, and no one will say how. The school hides more than gossip. Headmistress Zakharova rules with cold authority, the students guard old grudges, and a creeping madness starts to claim one girl after another. To find her sister, Polina has to keep her own mind intact long enough to reach the truth.
Directed by Svyatoslav Podgaevsky, the man behind The Bride and Baba Yaga, the show swaps cheap jump scares for fog, corsets and slow-burn dread. A good pick if you favor gothic atmosphere over gore. Stream Pansion online on iFILM.
