Synopsis
#1 Happy Family USA (2025) is an adult animated comedy you can watch online on iFILM, created by Ramy Youssef, who also voices one of the leads.
The show follows the Husseins, a Muslim-American family doing everything they can to look like the most patriotic, least suspicious household on the block right after 9/11. It's set in the early 2000s, a stretch of fear, war talk, and neighbors watching over the fence. Dad code-switches his accent and manner a dozen times a day, the kids are torn between home and school, and the whole cartoon America of the era, boy bands included, gets skewered.
The voice cast includes Alia Shawkat, Kieran Culkin, Timothy Olyphant and Mandy Moore. The humor is sharp and squirmy at once, mocking the paranoia without letting the family off the hook either.
