Synopsis

She finds the immortal fox cultivator Chang'yan at the exact moment he reaches for a heart-and-soul fruit; it flies into her body instead, binding the two together by fate. What the series builds from that forced connection is a slow romance between an aloof immortal who has spent centuries cultivating alone and a mortal woman who refuses to be cowed by him.
