Synopsis
Yeni Hayat (2020) is a Turkish drama series you can watch online on iFILM. Former Special Forces captain Adem, played by Serkan Çayoğlu, leaves the military and takes what looks like a straightforward job: guarding Yasemin, the young wife of a wealthy businessman named Timur. His wife Nevin and daughter Ece finally see a shot at a quiet, ordinary life.
It doesn't stay quiet. Timur's world turns out to be more dangerous than any operation Adem ran in uniform — and Timur himself is not what he appears. Melisa Aslı Pamuk plays Yasemin with enough complexity to make the central tension land: this isn't just a bodyguard thriller, it's a story about a man trying to protect two lives at once, pulling in opposite directions.
