The Street (Улица, 2017) is a Russian ensemble comedy-drama series you can watch online on iFILM. Director Mikhail Solovyov put over thirty characters on a single street in a big-city residential district — schoolkids, housewives, traders, workers, and one local oligarch — each carrying their own storyline that keeps bumping into everyone else's.

There's no lead character, no hierarchy of whose problems matter more. Olga Baranova, Pavel Savinkov, Ksenia Zhdanova, Yekaterina Sedik, Yevgeny Shevchenko, and a large ensemble cast play out scenes of daily friction: neighbor disputes, family blowups, small kindnesses, and the occasional crisis that changes everything.
