Synopsis
El Continental (2018) is a Spanish period crime drama you can watch online on iFILM. Madrid, the 1920s: bootlegger Ricardo León decides to go legitimate — or at least to look that way. He sets his sights on a shuttered café called El Continental, aiming to reopen it as the city's most fashionable venue.
The personal angle runs alongside the business one: Ricardo wants to win over the daughter of the café's former owner, and his own uncle stands as his sharpest rival. Alex García and Michelle Jenner lead the cast, with Rafa Montesinos, Kike Maíllo, and Frank Ariza directing.
