Synopsis

Fame Season 4 (1984) brings 25 episodes you can watch online on iFILM, with the New York performing-arts school back on its home streets after a Hollywood-bound third year.

By now the cast has turned over again: older graduates give way to younger arrivals, and Lydia Grant's dance class fills with new voices. The writing leans grown-up — first jobs, the choice between the stage and a steady paycheck, the after-taste of success that arrives too soon. The song-and-dance numbers stay, but the drama carries more weight this time.

Location filming came back to New York, and the city pulls its weight as a character again. This run suits viewers who care less about the showbiz gloss and more about kids growing into adults. Stream Fame Season 4 online on iFILM.
