Synopsis
Watch A Shine of Rainbows (2009) online on iFILM — a family drama from director Vic Sarin, set on a remote Irish island and starring Connie Nielsen and Aidan Quinn. Máire O'Donnell brings home an orphaned boy named Tomás — quiet, cautious, and not quite sure he's allowed to be happy. Her husband Alec never asked for this, and he can't quite hide it.
Tomás finds his footing not through people but through the island itself: tidal caves, a stray seal pup, skies that shift faster than moods. The landscape becomes his language when the adults around him run out of patience. A young Jack Gleeson — years before Game of Thrones — appears among the island children.
