Synopsis
Vampires (1998) is a John Carpenter horror-action film you can watch online on iFILM. James Woods plays Jack Crow, a Vatican-contracted vampire slayer who operates more like a SWAT team leader than a priest — hard, fast, and with a flamethrower.
A routine sweep through New Mexico goes wrong when Crow meets Valek, a 600-year-old creature from Prague played by Thomas Ian Griffith. Valek is hunting a medieval crucifix that would strip vampires of their one real weakness: sunlight. Crow, his partner Montoya — Daniel Baldwin — and a young priest race across sun-scorched desert towns to stop him before the ritual is complete.
