Synopsis
Super Troopers (2001) is a crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Five Vermont state troopers patrol a quiet stretch near the Canadian border, spending their shifts messing with drivers and each other instead of doing actual police work.
Thorny, Mac, Rabbit, Foster and Farva have turned slacking into an art form, pranking tourists and feuding with the local cops from the next department over. Then budget cuts threaten to shut their station down, and the goof-offs finally have to solve something: a drug-smuggling operation they need to crack before the town police steal the credit. The whole Broken Lizard troupe stars, with Brian Cox as their fed-up captain and Lynda Carter on hand too.
Director Jay Chandrasekhar made the film with his own comedy group, and what started as a small 2001 release grew into a genuine cult favorite, packed with lines fans still quote.
