Two Witches

A pregnant woman named Sara is plagued by nightmares after crossing paths with a sinister old stranger, certain she has been hexed. The witch who cursed her is dying, but she hands her dark inheritance to a granddaughter who is all too eager to wield it. Tsigaridis leans on old-school craft: slow-building dread, practical effects, very little CGI and a few genuinely nasty set pieces. This is no blockbuster.
