Synopsis
Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood (2003) is the sixth entry in the long-running horror-comedy franchise, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Directed by Steven Ayromlooi, it transplants Warwick Davis's foul-tempered gold-chaser from the desert and outer space straight into urban neighbourhood streets.
Emily (Tangi Miller) and her crew stumble onto a chest of gold coins buried in a vacant lot. A local psychic warns them. Nobody listens. The money flows, things look up — until the creature who buried it shows up to collect, with interest. The Leprechaun runs through the group methodically, one coin at a time.
By the sixth film the series had fully leaned into self-parody, and the hood setting provides exactly the kind of genre-mash absurdity the franchise lives on.
