Synopsis
Wild Oats (2016) is an American comedy starring Shirley MacLaine that you can watch online on iFILM. A widowed teacher named Eva opens her mail to find an insurance check for five million dollars instead of the fifty thousand she was actually owed.
The sensible move is to send it back. Her friend Maud, played by Jessica Lange, votes to cash it and run for the Canary Islands. They go with Maud's plan. First-class seats, a presidential suite and a casino follow, along with an insurance investigator on their trail as the scheme spins out of control. Director Andy Tennant keeps things light, a caper about two women in their seventies who are done acting their age, with Billy Connolly and Demi Moore turning up along the way.
