Synopsis
Natural High (现在就出发, 2023), Season 1 is a Chinese comedy reality show you can watch online on iFILM — twenty parts in which comedian Shen Teng drags a pack of celebrity friends out of the crowded city and into the wild.
The setup is bare-bones: tents, campfires, no comfort, and an endless run of games that turn grown stars into rowdy schoolkids. Across the season they pile into a single hammock to sleep, play volleyball in the water, run wild chases, hold a barbecue dinner in full suits, and throw down in dance battles. Shen Teng swings between ringleader and favourite target, joined by Bai Jingting, Fan Chengcheng, Ma Li and a rotating cast. The run closes on a big party of songs and a Werewolf game.
