Synopsis
Natural High (现在就出发, 2023) is a Chinese reality-comedy series from Tencent Video you can watch online on iFILM. Actor and stand-up star Teng Shen gathers a rotating group of friends and trades city life for raw wilderness — mountains, forests, deserts — episode after episode, season after season.
Across four seasons and nearly 90 episodes, each running about 75 minutes, the crew learns to cook over open fire, argues about nothing important, and somehow ends up with something genuine. Adam Fan, Wang Anyu, and Johnny Huang join the trips, and director Wang Hailong keeps the camera close enough to catch the unscripted moments that make the show actually funny.
