Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton are picking blind again, this time stocking teams of sixteen. The big addition is the steal: when a coach drops a singer in the battles, a rival can hit the button and grab them, with the artist making the final call on whose team to join. Right after the duets comes a brand-new two-night knockout round that cuts each team down to five. Playoffs follow, then live shows running from a Top 12 toward the final four as viewer votes do the trimming.
