Synopsis
The I-Land (2019) is a Netflix sci-fi series you can watch online on iFILM. Ten strangers regain consciousness on an uncharted island with no memory of how they got there — no names, no backstory, no explanation. Natalie Martinez plays the central figure trying to make sense of it; Kate Bosworth takes the role of the one person who seems to already know more than she's letting on.
Survival instincts kick in fast, but the island keeps returning a darker picture of who these people actually are. What opens as a stranded-on-an-island premise pivots into something harder: each person ended up there for a reason, and not a comfortable one. Neil LaBute co-directed alongside Darnell Martin and Jonathan Scarfe across seven episodes.
