Freakazoid! (Seasons 1–2)

Freakazoid! (1995) is a Steven Spielberg-produced animated series from Kids' WB that you can watch online on iFILM. Teenager Dexter Douglas types a specific sequence on his new computer and gets pulled into the internet — coming back with every piece of data from every website crammed into his brain and a personality that has essentially short-circuited.

That personality is Freakazoid (voiced by Paul Rugg): technically a superhero, actually a walking non sequitur who might stop mid-pursuit to admire a kitten. His villains include The Lobe and Candle Jack, neither of them especially threatening. Craig Ferguson and Ricardo Montalbán voice antagonists across the two-season run. The show picked up an Emmy for Outstanding Children's Animated Program and runs on a joke density that still holds up — sharp, absurdist, and genuinely funny rather than just frantic.
