Synopsis
The Lair (2022) is a British-American action horror film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Neil Marshall and starring Charlotte Kirk and Jonathan Howard.
Royal Air Force pilot Kate Sinclair ejects over hostile Afghan territory and survives — only to end up cornered in an abandoned Soviet bunker. What the Soviets left behind is worse than any insurgent: bio-engineered creatures, half-human and built for violence, sealed away since the Cold War. When Kate accidentally triggers the containment, she and a squad of U.S. soldiers have to fight their way out with no backup and very little ammunition.
Marshall made his name with The Descent and Dog Soldiers, and The Lair is cut from the same cloth — a stripped-down creature feature that moves fast and doesn't apologize for it.
