Synopsis

On a warm September evening, Ethan Lerner stops at a gas station with his wife and kids. A car hits his ten-year-old son and drives away. The driver is Dwight Arno, a lawyer who had just dropped his own son off after a custody visit. The accident takes seconds. The aftermath takes over both their lives. Jennifer Connelly plays Ethan's devastated wife, Mira Sorvino plays Dwight's — neither woman fully knows what the man beside her is carrying.
George builds no standard mystery here. Both perspectives run in parallel, and the real pressure comes from watching Dwight's guilt compound as Ethan's grief hardens into obsession.
