Mission: Impossible (Seasons 1–2)

Mission: Impossible (1988) is an American spy series you can watch online on iFILM. The show revives the classic 1966 original — fifteen years later, Jim Phelps comes out of retirement to rebuild the Impossible Missions Force from scratch. Peter Graves is the only regular cast member to return from the original run, but his presence is enough to anchor the whole enterprise.

The new team includes a disguise expert and actor named Nicholas Black, a strongman in Max Hart, a model-turned-operative in Casey Randall, and Grant Collier handling technology — played by Phil Morris, the actual son of Greg Morris, who played Grant's father Barney in the original. Every episode follows the familiar structure: an impossible objective, elaborate cover identities and a sting in the tail.

Shot on location in Australia, the series has a look and pace that sits a little apart from the standard American television of its time. It's a careful, respectful continuation rather than a reboot — and that restraint is what fans of the original tend to appreciate most.
