Another Day in Paradise

Another Day in Paradise (1998) is Larry Clark's crime drama, and you can watch it online on iFILM. The tagline says it plain: we live at the abyss. Two junkie couples — one weathered, one barely grown — join forces for a string of robberies that are supposed to buy them an easy stretch of road.

James Woods plays Mel, a charmer who turns vicious without warning. Melanie Griffith is Sid, tender and calculating in the same breath. A young Vincent Kartheiser is Bobby, a small-time thief being pulled toward something he can't see coming. Every score lands a little messier than the last, and the brief highs give way to withdrawal, blood and betrayal.
