The village has a long arrangement with something that lives in the hills. Chloe, Ben, Jack, and Joy — played by Stephanie Bennett, Brendan Fletcher, and Melissa Roxburgh — are locked in a remote cabin as night falls. What hunts them is nothing from a fairy tale: squat, nearly blind, and fast enough to make walls feel useless. The folklore charm is stripped away entirely.
