Synopsis
High Strung Free Dance (2018) is a musical drama you can watch online on iFILM — directed by Michael Damian and shot between New York and Romania. Choreographer Zander Raines (Thomas Doherty) is mounting an ambitious Broadway show called Free Dance and needs the right dancer. He finds her in Barlow (Juliet Doherty), a contemporary dance talent hungry for her first big stage. Then Charlie (Harry Jarvis), a classically trained pianist pulled into the project, falls for her — and Zander's creative vision starts to get complicated.
Jane Seymour appears as the company's patron. The film doesn't spend much time pretending the love triangle is anything other than what it is: a framing device for the dancing. And the dancing earns it — the choreography blends contemporary and classical styles without leaning on digital trickery, and the stage sequences feel like actual performance rather than film spectacle.
