Father Ted (Seasons 1–3)

Father Ted (1995–1998) is the British sitcom you can watch online on iFILM — three Irish Catholic priests, each exiled for very different reasons, stuck together on the fictional Craggy Island off the west coast of Ireland.

Ted Crilly landed here after some vague financial irregularities that he insists were "just resting in his account." His companions make his life no easier: Father Dougal is a seminary graduate who operates at the mental age of nine, and Father Jack, ancient and perpetually drunk, has pared his vocabulary down to four or five words, all of them unprintable. The actual duties of a parish priest are of zero interest to any of them. Episodes revolve around petty feuds, increasingly odd schemes, and the trio's hopeless attempts to escape the island for something — anything — more interesting. A young Graham Norton appears in a recurring role, several years before becoming a household name.
