Morales leans fully into the original show's visual language: vivid pop-art colours, theatrical banter, and villains who announce themselves. Fans of the 1966 series will find it genuinely warm rather than ironic, and anyone curious about that corner of Batman history gets a decent origin story for one of the best villains in the canon.
