Synopsis

Brothers Leon and Bobby run the Deuces and keep heroin off their block — their kid brother overdosed, and they turned that grief into a war. Across the line wait the Vipers, who answer to no code at all. Stephen Dorff, Brad Renfro, Fairuza Balk and Norman Reedus play kids who reach for a blade before a sentence; watch for Matt Dillon, a very young James Franco and Johnny Knoxville in smaller roles.
