Absurd

Absurd (Rosso sangue, 1981) is a notorious Italian horror film by Joe D'Amato that you can watch online on iFILM. A Greek man named Nikos flees a hospital after a botched experiment leaves him with flesh that knits itself back together in seconds, making him nearly impossible to kill.

A priest with medical training trails him, the only person who grasps how dangerous the patient really is. Nikos lands in a quiet American town and turns a babysitting evening into a bloodbath, stalking a nanny, a young boy and a bedridden girl. George Eastman stars and co-wrote the script. Released as an unofficial follow-up to Anthropophagus, it landed straight on Britain's banned "video nasties" list.

This is blunt, old-school splatter for collectors of early-80s Italian genre trash, where a power drill, a bandsaw and a kitchen oven all become murder weapons.
