Sadako vs. Kayako

Sadako vs. Kayako (2016) is a Japanese horror film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Koji Shiraishi. It does what the title says: the cursed-tape ghost from Ringu and the crawling specter from Ju-On end up in the same house.

Yuri watches the tape and has days to live. The only way out her group can find is to engineer a confrontation between the two demons and hope they cancel each other out. Shiraishi plays it straight — no comedy, no parody — which is the right call; the setup sounds absurd until the film makes you believe it.
