Synopsis
The Hard Corps (2005) is an action thriller directed by Sheldon Lettich — watch it online on iFILM. Jean-Claude Van Damme plays Philippe Sauvage, a veteran fresh off deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq, hired to protect Wayne Barclay: a former boxing champion turned businessman with a problem. A powerful rap mogul just walked out of prison and has one thing on his mind.
Sauvage builds a security team and things run smoothly — until he gets too close to Barclay's sister and the client starts reading the situation wrong. Vivica A. Fox and Razaak Adoti round out the cast. Lettich and Van Damme have made this movie before in spirit, but the fight choreography is sharp and the setup delivers what it promises.
