Synopsis
The Last Showgirl (2024), directed by Gia Coppola, is a drama you can watch online on iFILM. Pamela Anderson plays Shelly, a fifty-seven-year-old dancer who has spent thirty years on the same Las Vegas revue stage. One morning she is told the show is closing — in a matter of weeks.
Shelly has no other life to go back to. The revue is the whole architecture of her identity, and suddenly it's being torn down on a schedule she didn't choose. Around her are women in the same position: a longtime friend played by Jamie Lee Curtis, a younger dancer played by Kiernan Shipka. Dave Bautista appears in a rare understated role, quiet and genuinely good.
