Synopsis
Bloody Hell (2020) is an Australian-American horror-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Alister Grierson from a script by Robert Benjamin, it follows Rex — ex-military, quick with a gun — who walks into a bank robbery and takes down the whole crew in about three chaotic minutes. One civilian killed in the crossfire. Eight years in prison. Not the hero's welcome he might have imagined.
Out of jail and hounded by strangers who can't decide if he's a legend or a lunatic, Rex books a flight to Finland. Supposed to be quiet. It is not quiet. He ends up chained in a basement belonging to a family whose idea of hospitality is genuinely alarming.
Ben O'Toole carries the film almost entirely on his own — partly because his character spends the movie in active conversation with his own inner voice, treated as a separate on-screen presence.
