Director Anthony Hickox keeps the thing moving from one firefight to the next without much breathing room. Alongside Seagal you'll spot Vinnie Jones and Gary Daniels. This one makes no grand promises — it's a sturdy B-grade actioner for viewers who showed up for the brawls, the chases and Seagal's trademark calm in the middle of the chaos.
